  3. Hi, I want to share with you brief commentary about teachers beliefs that is really interesting; as we can see every teacher has his/her own point of view beliefs according his/her experience and evidence, what is important here is that the teachers don’t matter what belief they have, their purposes are clear they try to make good plan and decision to determine what or how they should teach to students and what path instruction they should fallow to help students.

Other teacher`s beliefs may derive from several ways such as teacher preparation; family environment; cultural, religious, traditional situation; values; social encounters; personal and professional development. The categories of teacher`s beliefs are schooling, education, epistemology, learning, teaching, teachers, academic content, students, and themselves.

  6. Many teachers have beliefs about their students and the environment they work with them, but these are not always resemble reality. The quality of education depends on the attitude to take against the teacher behaviors that show students, and the decisions they take to change or maintain strategies that guarantee the learning of their students and teachers enjoy what they do.

  7. In my point of view, teacher´s beliefs like an important part of education need to be understood and comprehended in programmed teaching; it depends on quality and high excellence acquired by teachers because not all the teacher have the same features of syllabus to apply those learning in the educational system; for that reason teachers should use the best way that they considered and discussed it together with students and then develop those knowledge as an indespensable for their students school schooling.

Teacher’s beliefs article show us the different kind of beliefs, their importance, how they work, how they change and the importance for classroom teachers. Also, how the teachers have to use their own experience as students and in the family lifetime on their jobs, choosing the best way to develop or present their class without assuming an understanding of another person’s thoughts and feelings and knowing the differences between their beliefs, knowledge and attitudes to don’t create problems in their classrooms.
